Worley’s refinished our hardwood floors and tiled our front porch. Both jobs were done beautifully and in a very professional way. Quality work is worth paying for - both for the way the job is managed and for the results. Our floor had some tricky repairs, and the installer put the new floorboards in so skillfully you can't tell new from old, with perfect dovetailing all around.

Worley’s installed laminate flooring in my kitchen including the underlayment, transitions and new baseboard. John was very helpful in pricing out options and letting me know the difference between the different products and manufacturers. He allowed me to take home a few samples so I could see them in the actual space. I was surprised to choose a pattern/color scheme that I would not have otherwise gone with had I not seen them in the space. John came out and measured, determined all the parts and dimensions that would be needed and while I was unsure about adding baseboards everywhere, he was absolutely right in recommending them; they look very finished and complete the whole look. John was able to let me know an approximate timeframe for the installation and called two days before the “best case” date to le me know the exact date: one day later. The crew was punctual, extremely clean and polite, and did a beautiful job. The entire experience was very satisfactory and I definitely got what I paid for. I consider this a five-star experience.

My large sectional sofa’s seat and back cushions had become flat, lumpy and out of shape. Worley’s reupholstered them all and was able to reuse foam from the seat cushions to fill the back pillows, thereby saving me money. The staff was helpful from start to finish. When I arrived at Worley’s and started unloading my cushions one of their employees saw me and came over to help me unload. They performed the work well and in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the results; it’s like having a new sofa! I got more than my money’s worth!

Following a disastrous dealing with a flooring competitor, I chose to correct my kitchen floor by contacting Worley's. They have been known to be a high quality company for many years and am sorry I didn't use them to begin with. From beginning to end, I was more than satisfied. Tara let me choose samples to bring home and compare for the best fit. Dale, Travis, and Jesus did a marvelous job of installation with a difficult floor plan to work with. They were very careful in moving heavy appliances and made certain that all furniture was adequately padded to prevent damage to the new flooring. Although it took 3 days to complete, everything went smoothly and I now have a happy kitchen. I couldn't be more satisfied.

We have just completed a 1700 sq. foot tile installation in our Eichler home. The staff were patient and helpful in our months long consideration (no pressure). The installation crew were 5 star! We wanted to shop locally (a 3rd generation firm). The crew has been with them for ten years and was thoughtful, professional and careful. For a major one time expense the final result depended on a skilled crew able to take the time to do the work perfectly.

We'd have to say that the five star "as good as it gets!" is a good summary of these folks. We went to them first for what usually ends up being the wrong reason (they were reasonably close by) -- but ended up going with them and couldn't be happier. We had a vintage heirloom settee and armchair that we wanted re-covered, and were impressed right from the start with the personalized attention. This store is old fashioned in that regard -- which is exactly what we were looking for. Unlike most operations these days that have people helping you who barely know the business, Worley's employees have the knowledge, experience and patience to give realistic guidance and answer questions. Don't expect a cheap price -- this is not a bargain store. But the price is fair and honest, and the quality and workmanship, and attention to detail was completely impressive. The entire experience from start to finish with the sales people and the craftsmen who work here was exactly what one hopes to get. Highly recommended.

I have used Worley's upholstery before the sons were in the business, and my mother in law used them, too. I have antique living room couch and chairs, and they have been re-done here 3 times. Their show room has great fabric selection, and I have brought my own in for them to use. They have delivered beautifully done furniture to me in a timely manner every time. I am due for a trip to Worley's soon, and I can't wait.
